Since there are a ton of smilies on the site and I have only chosen to display 36 of them under the message area box, I decided to give the USER the option to pick which 36 smilies they'd like to use with out having to click "more".
To chose your top 36 smilies, click on your "usercp" link and look for "favorite smilies" in the edit options category. You may check up to 36 smilies.
